Click on&nbsp;<b>"New User"</b><br>

Under <b>"Login"</b> enter the login name for this user<b><br><br></b><b>Note: </b>we recommend that you&nbsp;only use lower case letters and numbers - avoid all use of special characters<b><br></b><br><br>

Under <b>"Password"</b> enter the password for this user<b><br></b><b><br>Note: </b>we recommend that you&nbsp;only use lower case letters and numbers - avoid all use of special characters<b><br></b><br>

<span><span></span></span>Under <b>"Repeat Password"</b> enter the password once again for this user<b><br></b><span class=""></span><br><br>

Under <b>"First Name" </b>enter the first name of the user<b><br></b><br>

Under <b>"Last Name" </b>enter the last name of the user<b><br></b><br>

Under <b>"Function" </b>enter the function of the person at the establishment<br><br><b>Note:</b> this is optional and can be left blank if you wish<br>

Under <b>"Email" </b>enter the email address of the user<br><br>This could be the specific email address for this person or the general email address of the hotel<br>

Select the option <b>"Active"</b> which will set this user as active and grant him access to Base7<br>

Select the option <b>"Include in sellers list"</b> if you want to include this user in the list of users that can add extras onto reservations <br>

Select the option <b>"Access to full credit card numbers"</b> if you want to grant the user access to the clients' credit card details <br>

Under <b>"Role" </b>you can select the role for this user which will determine their level of access to the different sections of the system<br>

<div>A&nbsp;<b>"Viewer" </b>user will have access to the Dashboard and Calendar and will be able to manage the check-in/check-out buttons<br></div><br><br>

A&nbsp;<b>"Staff" </b>user will have access to the Dashboard, Calendar, Clients, Accounts, and Reservations<br>

A&nbsp;<b>"Manager" </b>user will have access to the Dashboard, Calendar, Clients, Accounts, Reservations, Accounting, and Statistics<br>

An&nbsp;<b>"Admin" </b>user will have access to all functions but will not be able to delete a ROOT user<br>

A&nbsp;<b>"Root"&nbsp;</b>account will have complete access to all of the functions of the system<br>

Click on <b>"Save"<br></b><b><br></b><br>

As you can see the new user has been added successfully. Now you simply have to refresh your browser for the user to display correctly<br><br>That's it. You're done!<span class=""></span>
