How to add a new layout for the email?

Click on <b>"Settings"</b><span class=""></span>

Click on <b>"Emails"</b><span class=""></span>

Click on <b>"Layouts"</b><span></span><br>

Click on <b>"New Layout"</b><span class=""></span>

Under <b>"Name"</b> you can modify the name of this specific layout<br><span class=""><i><b><br></b></i>For example, "Confirmation layout"<i><b><br></b></i></span>

Click on the&nbsp;<b>"textbox"</b> to choose the line where the picture should be uploaded

Click on the&nbsp;<b>"image"</b> icon to select for the layout<br>

On the pop up, click on <b>"Image List"</b> to view a list of all the pictures uploaded to Base7booking. If you have not uploaded any pictures, the option is not available<br><br><b>Note:</b> refer to the tutorial "How to upload a new picture in Base7booking"&nbsp;<br>

From the&nbsp;<b>"drop down menu"</b> select the correct image you wish to have on the new layout

Click on&nbsp;<b>"Insert"</b>

As you can see, the <b>"image"</b>&nbsp;has been uploaded correctly onto the new layout

On the <b>"textbox"&nbsp;</b>click on the line below the picture&nbsp;

Type the following word:&nbsp;<b>"[[content]]</b>"<span class="">. This will indicate to the system that this is where the text of the e-mail will attach to the layout<i><b><br><br></b><b></b></i><b>Note:</b> there should be no other text aside from the word <b>[[content]]</b> on the e-mail layout<b><br></b><b><br></b></span>

TO have a preview of the e-mail, click on <b>"Preview"</b><span></span><br>

On the preview you will see the image and if the word [[content]] is correctly placed under the image, the box <b>"Content Goes Here"</b> will appear below. If this does not appear you must <b>"[[content]]"</b> below the image<span></span><br>

If you need to make any further changes, click on <b>"Edit"</b><span></span><br>

Once you have set everything up correctly, click on <b>"Save"</b><span></span><br>

As you can see, the <b>"Confirmation Layout"</b> has been saved correctly<br><br>That's it. You're done!<span class=""></span>
