Click on <b>"Settings"</b>
Click on <b>"Rate Management"</b>
For each category you will have the firstly the default rate of the room and then the different rates that you have created<br><br>You will enter room rates for each category and the rates you wish to apply to that category
In this tutorial we will enter the <b>"Default rate"</b> for the <b>"Default season"<br></b><br><b>Note:</b> the default season is the period for which you have not configured a season under settings - seasons<b><br><br></b>
Under <b>"Rate"</b> you will enter the base rate of the room
Under the <b>"day of the week"</b> you can enter a different rate if you do not use the base rate for that day of the week.<br><br>If you leave the day of the week blank, the base rate will be used<div> <div><p></p></div></div>
Under <b>"Single Price" </b>you can enter the deduction for single occupancy applied on the base rate.<br><br>If you leave the single price blank, no deduction will be applied on the base rate for single occupancy
Under <b>"Extra Adult" </b>you can enter the extra fee for an additional adult aside from those included on the base price<br><br>If you leave the extra adult blank, no extra fee will be applied on the base rate for an additional adult
Under <b>"Extra Junior" </b>you can enter the extra fee for an additional junior aside from those included on the base price<br><br>If you leave the extra junior blank, no extra fee will be applied on the base rate for an additional junior<br>
Under <b>"Extra Baby" </b>you can enter the extra fee for an additional baby aside from those included on the base price<br><br>If you leave the extra baby blank, no extra fee will be applied on the base rate for an additional baby
Once you have configured all your rates, click on <b>"Save"</b>
As you can see, the default rate for the default season for the Suite has been correctly configured<br><br>That's it. You're done!
