1 Click on Statistics
2 Click on Payments
3 If you are working on a multi-property account, you can select the property here
4 You can select the date range to display in the report here
5 By default, the report will show you all payment types received per day during the selected date range
6 You can click on Show per reservation to display the city tax by reservation
7 Only the dates concerned will display in that case
8 You can tick Hide inactive payment methods to only show active payments for the selected date range
9 Click here to Select Columns
10 You can click on a title to activate or deactivate it.
Note: the title is Black when active, and Grey when inactive
11 This button will Toggle pagination, meaning you can either display the entire report on one page or have it divided in several pages
12 Click there to toggle the line picker
13 You can then tick lines in order to select them for the export of the report
14 Click Refresh to refresh the report
15 Click there to export the report
16 Here you can select which columns to export
17 Here you can select which rows to export
18 Click on Export to download the report to Excel
19 That's it. You're done!
