How to create an arrival report in a reservation?

Click on <b>"Calendar"</b><br>

Click on <b>"the reservation"</b> in which you wish to create an arrival report<br>

On the Toolbox, click on the <b>"reservation number" </b>to enter the reservation page<br>

The <b>"Police icon"</b> indicates the number of arrival reports created for the reservation<br><br>In this example, we have 0 arrival reports created for this reservation<span class=""></span>

Click on the <b>"Police icon"</b><span class=""><i><b> </b></i></span>

<b>Here</b> you will be able to enter the client information<br><br><b>Note:</b> by default the system will take the information from the client profile therefore, we recommend adding all the information to the client profile prior to creating the police report<span class=""></span>

<b></b>The <b>"Check-in; Check-out &amp; Room"</b> information is automatically filled in by the information in the reservation<span class=""></span>

Once you have added all the necessary information, click on <b>"Save"<br><br>Note:</b> there is no field that is compulsory on the arrival report<span class=""></span>

Automatically a <b></b>second <b>"arrival report"</b> will appear so you can enter the information for additional clients staying at the hotel<span class=""></span>

If there are no additional guests, simply click on the <b>"X"</b> on the top right<span class=""></span>

Do a right click on the <b>"Reservation"</b> tab at the bottom of your screen<br>

Click on <b>"Reload" </b>to refresh the reservation page<span></span><br>

As you can see, the system now indicates that there is one report of arrival created in this reservation<br><br>That's it. You're done!<span class=""></span>
