How to add a payment to a reservation

Click on <b>"Calendar"</b><br>

Click on <b>"the reservation"</b> in which you wish to add the payment<br>

On the Toolbox, click on the <b>"reservation number" </b>to enter the reservation page<br>

Under the <b>"Payments"</b> section in the reservation you will be able to add the payments the client has made for the reservation<span class=""></span>

Click on <b>"Add"</b><span class=""></span>

By default, the <b>"Date"</b> will be set to today's date but you can choose a different date via the date picker<br>

Under <b>"Paid By"</b> select from the dropdown menu the payment method used for the payment<span class=""><br></span>

Under <b>"Amount"</b> you can enter the amount corresponding to the payment<span class=""></span>

If the payment corresponds to the full amount due on the reservation, you can simply click on the <b>"green amount"</b> and it will automatically add the amount under <b></b>"Amount"<span class=""></span>

Under <b>"Comment"</b> you can enter a comment for this payment - this comment is only internal and will not display on the client's invoice<br><br><b>Note:</b> this field is not mandatory<span></span><br>

Once you have added all the information for the payment, click on <b>"Add"</b><span class=""></span>

As you can see, the payment has been successfully added to the reservation<span class=""></span>

On the top you can see that the total of the reservation matches the payment in the reservation<br><br>In case you have entered a partial payment, the amount due would show <b>here</b><br><br>That's it. You're done!<span class=""></span>
