How to set up boards for a group reservation

The first step is to open <b><i>B</i></b><span class=""><i><b>ase7</b></i></span> and click <span class=""><i><b>Clients</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b> Groups</b></i></span>

Select the <b><i>group</i></b>

Click <span class="component"><i><b> Add Rooms / Clients </b></i></span>

Select the <b><i>client </i></b>to assign the room to

Define the <b><i>room rate</i></b>

Select the <b><i>room</i></b>

Make the necessary adjustments to the <b><i>room details</i></b>

Under <b><i>Board</i></b>, select the board you wish to apply to this reservation

You can adjust the <b><i>number of u</i></b><b><i>nits </i></b>for this room (by default it will be the number of guests defined in the room), and the <b><i>daily rate </i></b>for the board.

If the same board conditions apply to every room in this group, click <b><i>Copy to other rooms</i></b>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Add</b></i></span>

That's it. You're done!

Click <b><i>Print</i></b>

The system will open this page, which you can then print by pressing <b><i>Ctrl + P.<br></i></b>That's it. You're done!

Click <span class=""><i><b> Delete </b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b> Yes </b></i>to confirm</span>

And the group was removed from the system. <br>That's it. You're done!
