The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>Base7</b></i></span> and click <span class=""><i><b>Reservations</b></i></span>
Click <span class=""><i><b> Reservations History</b></i></span>
Here is your <b><i>reservation history</i></b> page, where you can quickly find information about your reservations
Click <span class=""><i><b>Select Columns </b></i>to manage the columns displayed</span>
These are the current columns displayed by <b><i>default</i></b>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Toggle all Columns </b></i>to display them all</span>
Or you can click on a specific one to <b><i>display </i></b>it or not
Select your <b><i>preferred </i></b>columns
Click <span class=""><i><b>Save Current Columns </b></i>to keep your configuration</span>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Back</b></i></span>
The <b><i>reservation history </i></b>has been updated
You can filter the reservation history by date range.<br><b><i>Note</i></b>: by default this will start 7 days in the past until today's date. You can change the dates manually using the date picker.
You can filter the reservation history by <b><i>Source Type</i></b>. Simply select the source from the drop down list or select All Source Types
You can also <b><i>sort </i></b>the reservations by criteria for each column.<br>Simply click on the column title and the reservations will be rearranged in a logical order, depending on the criteria selected
Click <span class=""><i><b>Export </b></i>to export the reservation history to an Excel file.<br><br></span>
Select whether you wish to export <span class=""><i><b>Active Columns Only </b></i>or <i><b>All Columns</b></i></span>
Click <span><i><b>Export </b></i>to confirm.<i><b><br></b></i>To view it, save the file in the pop-up window and open it in Excel.<br>That's it. You're done!</span>
