What to do in case of problems with the Internet connection

If you encounter problems with your internet connection:

1. Check your computer's connection with the WiFi/Ethernet connection:

    a. Disconnect from the WiFi/Ethernet connection

    b. Reconnect to the WiFi/Ethernet connection

2. Check your router's connection

    a. Turn your router off

    b. Wait about 10-15seconds

    c. Turn your router back on (it may take a few moments for the connection to be reestablished)

3. Check your computer is connecting

    a. Turn your computer off (if possible by using the Start menu on windows or the Apple menu on Mac)

    b. Turn your computer on again

    c. Try connecting one more time

4. If none of these methods bring back your connection, please contact your internet provider
