What can I do if I lose my hotel ID, username or password

If you lost your access credentials, ask your colleague with admin user-rights to perform the following steps for you. If you are the only person accessing your Base7 account, please contact us so we can reset your credentials for you.



1 You may ask a colleague with a User clearance of "Admin" or "Root" to go under Settings

4 Here is your login

5 Your colleague can change the password to one you know

6 Confirm the password

Step 6 image

7 Click Save

8 Otherwise, you may contact support at support@base7booking.com and we will happily do it for you.
That's it. You're done!
