How to add a general comment to an invoice

Click on "Calendar"

Click on the reservation for which you want to add the invoice comment

Click on the "Reservation Number" to access the reservation details

Click on "Quick Invoice" in order to create an invoice for the reservationIf the invoice has already been created you can go directly to step 7

Uncheck the options of "Close" and "Print"

Click on "Create Invoice"

Click on "Edit"

Under "Label" you can insert the general comment for the invoice

Click on "Save"

Now you can close the invoice if you are done.Click on "Close"

To view the invoice click on the "PDF icon"

Tick the options that you want and click on "Client Copy"

Here you can see the general comment you have added to the invoiceThat's it. You're done!
