How to refund a credit card with the payment gateway (Stripe)


Click on <b>"Calendar"</b>

Click on the reservation for whcih you wish to refund the client

Click on the <b>"Reservation number"</b> to access the reservation details

In the "Payments" section, click <b>here</b> to refund the payment

Click on <b>"Refund"</b>

Under <b>"Amount to Refund"</b> type the amount you wish to refund

Click on <b>"Refund"</b>

Now you can see that the reservation's full amount is yet to be paid.<br><br>That's it. You're done!

On the calendar click on the concerned reservation

Click on the Réservation number

Scroll down and click here to refund a charge

Click on Refund

Select the amount you want to refund and click again on "Refund"

Scroll up and that's it. You're done.Nothing has been charged yet for this reservation
