Click on "Settings"
Click on "Sources"
You can add your sources here
In the drop down menu you can view your sources and if you need to edit them, simply click on the source and once you have modified it click "Save"
Once you have finished adding all your sources, click on "Settings"
Click on "Channels"
You can create as many channels as you want and each channel will have different sources
To create a new channel click on "Create New Channel"
Under "Channel Source Name" enter the name of the new channel
Under "Commission Rate (%)" type in the commission rate for this channel
Click on "Save"
Now that the channel has been created, click on "Configure" in order to allocate the sources corresponding to this channel
Click on the source that you want to add to the channel
Once you have added all the sources, click on "Add"
Click on "Edit" if you wish to edit the name or commission rate of the channel
Click on "Delete" if you wish to delete the channel
Click on "Statistics"
Click on "Channel Performance"
Click on "Select a Property" if you are a multi-property in order to choose whether you want to see all properties or an individual property
On "Date Range" you can choose the dates for which you wish to see the report
Click on "Select Columns" to view all the columns available and customize the view of the report
Here you can see the various columns you can have. If you wish to make a column visible, simply click on the "column title" and when the letters turn black this means that the column is visible now on the report
Click on "Toggle all Columns" if you wish to make all columns visible
Click on "Default Columns" if you wish to view the default columns which are:- New Reservations- Number of Cancellations- Overnight Stays- Average Room Price per Overnight- Net Revenue- Commission Rate- Real Commission Rate- Overnight Share
Click on "Back" to go back to the Channel Performance Report
Click on "Help" if you want to view in detail what each column is showing
Under "Help" you will find definitions to each column header
Click on "Back"
Click on the "Settings Wheel" to access the channel settings
Here you can add new channels or edit/delete existing ones
Once you have selected which columns you want to view, they will display accordingly by channel
Click on the "channel" you wish to see in more detail
Now you can see the columns you have made visible but also the other columns and their corresponding information
Click on "Export"
You can choose to export "All Columns" or the "Active Columns Only"
Click on "Export"
Check "Save File" and click "OK"
Open the Excel file on your computer, and now you can view the Channel Performance Report in Excel formThat's it. You're done!
