How do I manage my conference rooms?

Click on Settings

Click on Accomodations

Click on Rooms

To manage the conference rooms we can use the Sandboxes

Create a sandbox by typing in its name and by clicking on Add

Go back to the calendar and refresh the page

Your conference room appears here

Click here to add a new reservation

Select your dates

Fill in the client's information

You can use an internal comment for example: Will use the room from 12 to 4p.m

Click on Ok after adding the information

Your "reservation" has been created successfully click here to see it on the calendar

You can see that the Apple group will use the conference room these days.This is how you can manage your conference rooms
