How can I access my Reservations History?

Click on "Reservations"

Under "Recently Created" you will be able to view the reservations that have been recently created in Base7

Under "Recently Viewed" you will be able to view the reservations that have been recently viewed in Base7

Click on "Reservations History"

In the Reservations History you can see all the information concerning the reservations that are in the system

Click on "Select a Property" if you are a multi-property in order to choose whether you want to see all properties or an individual property

On "Taken Between" you can choose the dates for which you wish to see the reportNote: the start date will always be 7 days in the past

Click on "Source Type" if you wish to see the report for only one source typeFor example: Channel Manager

Click on "Disable Pagination" if you wish to view all the information on one page and not on various pages

On "Page" type in the number of days you want to view per page is pagination is enabled

By clicking on the arrows left or right you will be able to move through the different pages if pagination is enabled

Click on "Select Columns"

Here you can see the various columns you can have. If you wish to make a column visible, simply click on the "column title" and when the letters turn black this means that the column is visible now on the report

As a default, all columns are active on the reportClick on "Toggle all Columns"

Now, all columns are inactive on the reportClick on "Toggle all Columns" to reactivate all the columns

Click on "Default Columns" if you wish to display all the columns

Click on "Back" to go back to the Reservations History

Click on "Export"

You can choose to export "All Columns" or the "Active Columns Only"

Click on "Export"

Check "Save File" and click on "OK"

Open the Excel file on your computer, and now you can view the Reservations History in Excel formThat's it. You're done!
