How can I move a reservation from one property to another in a multi-property account?

If you have a multi-property account, you can move a reservation from one of your property to the other on your Base7 calendar.

To do so please take a look at our tutorial below:

Click on Calendar

Here you can see all the rooms for the first property

And here you have all the rooms for the second property

Firstly, drag the reservation you wish to move and drop it to a sandbox

Click on Yes to confirm you would like to move the reservation

The system will then ask you whether you would like to keep the same price as the initial room category or edit the price to the new room category

Now you will be able to drag and drop the reservation to the desired room in your other property

The system will ask you to confirm that you want to move the reservation, click Yes

Again, as we are moving the reservation into a different room category the system will ask you whether you would like to keep the initial price or not

That's you're done.You have successfully moved a reservation from one property to the other!
