Step 1: Click on the 3 little dots, then choose edit
Step 2: Click on Tags
Step 3: The "tags" will help you to define some key words who are going to be shown on the Booking engine
Step 4: Choose if a Pre-payment is or is not required
Step 5: Choose if a Deposit is or is not required.
The deposit is most of time refundable, a Pre-payment is not
Step 6: Choose if this rate is a Non refundable rate or not, if you need credit card or if there is cancellation is free required
Step 7: Choose to add general descriptions
Step 8: Select if boards are included or not in this rate plan
Step 9: Do not forget to Save!
Step 10: Now click on Available periods
Step 11: This is the place where you can define when the rates are available
Step 12: Booking periods are linked to when your client will make the booking; not the date of the check-in. To set them click on ADD
Step 13: Select the period desired by entering a date or by selecting a season.
Step 14: Choose which days of the week the client are able to book this rate. If no days are selected then the rate will be available for all days of the week.
Step 15: Click on Add period in order to finish this manipulation
Step 16: Staying period refers to the time spent by the customer in the hotel (check in; check out). Click on Add to start the process
Step 17: As previously stated, you can select some dates or add a season. If you want, add several periods then just do the same manipulation again
Step 18: Choose which days of the week the client are able to book this rate. If no days are selected then the rate will be available for all days of the week
Step 19: In this example we will offer this rate plan only from Sunday to Thursday
Step 20: Click Add period to finish your manipulation
Step 21: Add as much Staying Periods as you want, just repeat the manipulation again and again!
Step 22: That's it. You're done for this step
