How to setup a Rate Plan - Step 3

Step 1: As previously stated, click on the 3 little dots

Step 2: Click on Edit

Step 3: Please be aware that that the Rate will not show on the IBE as long as there is no description entered and saved

Step 4: Click Description

Step 5: This is the place where you will be able to add the description of this rate plan. We always advice our clients to use English as the main language. The translation will be done in few steps.

Step 6: Click Save

Step 7: Click Terms and conditions

Step 8: This is the place where you will be able to add the terms and conditions of this rate plan. We always advise our clients to use English as the main language. The translation will be done in few steps

Step 9: Click Save

Step 10: Click Translations

Step 11: Choose the languages that you want to add to your booking engine and translate the information

Step 12: You can translate the Name

Step 13: Click Save

Step 14: ADD the description

Step 15: Click Save

Step 16: Add the Terms & Conditions

Step 17: Click Save

Step 18: That's it. You're done.
