1 The first step is to open Calendar - base7 and click on any reservation
2 Click the Reservation number
3 Click Send
4 Select the email that you want to send and then click on it
5 Click Send
6 If there was no email address linked to the client then you won't be able to send the email.
To add an email address to the client, find the reservation on the bottom taskbar
7 Click the client name
8 Add the email address here
9 Click Save
10 Go back to the Reservation
11 Right Click the reservation
12 Click Reload
13 There will now be the email address showing here, if it wasn't previously.
That's it. You're done.
